1. No purchase is necessary. Purchase does not increase the odds of winning. Void where prohibited.
2. Must be a legal U.S. resident at least 18 years of age in order to participate and win.
3. All contests are open to the general public nationwide, except for employees, agents, subsidiaries and
affiliates of GLORI RADIO, other participating Igniting the Fire Media Partners, participating sponsors, their
immediate families, household members and all other radio industry employees. To be eligible listeners must
have a working telephone number, both when qualifying and at the time they qualify as a prize winner.
Individuals with disconnected phone numbers that have been changed without a forwarding phone number
will be bypassed during the random winner selection process.
4. An individual may win an on-going contest only once per six-month period unless otherwise specifically stated
An individual may win other seasonal or one-time contests only once for the duration of the contest.
5. The contest will begin Tuesday, December 4, 2007, and will run through Thursday, December 20, 2007. The
Station reserves the right to change any of this promotion and or the promotional elements at any time for
any reason.
6. Listeners can participate in the contest by listening for the signal to call and being the 7th caller to
[913 321- 4827]. The 7th caller to reach the station must correctly identify the song title of that day’s
“GLORI Name That Song.” If the listener correctly identifies the “GLORI Name That Song,” the listener
will win $50.
7. On Thursday December 20, 2007 this contest will end unless otherwise stated.
8. In the event of a tie, the winner will be determined by random drawing or another means deemed appropriate
by the Station. The Station representative conducting the contest will determine all winners; their decisions
and interpretations of these rules shall be final.
9. All State, Local, Federal and or other taxes, duties, tariffs, title fees, licensing fees, or other fees for prizes
awarded become the sole responsibility of the winner. All those who win a prize / prizes valued at over $600
will be issued an IRS form 1099 to report their winnings.
10. All prizes are awarded “as is.” Prizes are nontransferable and cannot be exchanged.
11. The Station, its subsidiaries, affiliates, members, directors, officers, employees, agents or representatives
shall be responsible for the failure of participating sponsors to deliver the prizes or any part thereof as
described herein.
12. The Station shall not be responsible for the failure of phone systems and all wireless phones.
13. All entrants and winners agree that the Station, its subsidiaries, affiliates, members, directors, officers,
employees, agents and representatives shall have no liability for any injury, misfortune, or damage to either
persons or property incurred by entering, participating in, winning, or losing any contest and/or by the use
or non-use of any prize received in connection with this contest.
14. All prizes must be claimed in person at the Station at the address identified above during regular business
hours and within ten (10) business days of winning, excluding holidays. After such time, ownership of said
prize reverts back to the Station to be disposed of at its discretion. The winner then loses all claims and
rights to said prize.
15. Proper identification must be presented by any winner to claim prize. As a condition to receiving the prize,
any potential winner must complete and sign a Winner’s Affidavit and Release, releasing the Station, its
subsidiaries, affiliates, members, directors, officers, and employees from all liability in connection with
winner’s participation in the contest, acceptance, and use or non-use of the prize.
16. All entry blanks, forms devices and materials, as well as all the information contained on or within, gathered
during the course of entry, shall become the sole property of the Station, its affiliates and sponsors to be
used, disposed of or destroyed at the discretion of the Station, its affiliates and sponsors.
17. All entrants and winners agree to give the Station, its licensees, affiliates, successors, and assigns the
irrevocable and unrestricted right to use, re-use, broadcast, or publish my name, city of residence, photo,
video tape, film or any other likeness, including portraits and pictures, in whole or in part, as part of a
composite, retouched or distorted in character or form, and winner’s voice, recorded or live, for any reason
the Station deems necessary without compensation, unless prohibited by law. All winners release,
discharge, and agree to save harmless the Station, its affiliates, members, directors, officers, employees,
agents and representatives from any and all claims they may have against the Station in connection with the
taking, production, or the use of winners’ name, city of residence, any photo, video tape, film or any other
likeness, including portraits and pictures, in whole or in part, as part of a composite, retouched, or distorted
in character or form and without restrictions as to any changes, transformations or alterations, and including
winners’ voices, recorded or live. All winners further acknowledge that the Station owns or will own
exclusively any photographs of such winners used for such purposes, including the copyrights in them,
regardless of the form in which they have been or may be produced and used, and all winners assign all such
ownership rights to the Station.
18. The Station reserves the right to end an contest at any time without any advanced notice to the public.
Odds of winning are based on the number entries received.
19. The Station reserves the right to limit the number of times an individual may enter a contest or drawing.
20. The Station reserves the right to require contestants to be present at drawings in order to win their prize.
21. Violations of any of these rules or attempts to win any contest by fraud, deception, or cheating shall be
grounds for the station to disqualify that individual from participating in all current and future contests and events at the sole discretion of the station, as well as forfeiture of any prize or prizes won by fraudulent
means.
22. Winners must come to the Station and present valid legal state issue ID and fill out a winner verification
form. Winners will be notified when checks are received from the Station’s corporate headquarters.
23. Winners that are out of state or out of the country will be required to present legal ID and fill out a winner
verification form. Verfication forms will be faxed or mailed to the winner for completion. The form and proper ID can be faxed to 913 321-1348. Winners will be notified when checks are received from theStation’s corporate headquarters and checks will be mailed to the out of state or out of the countrywinners. 24.
